I went in to look at an FJ I had seen online and Joseph is who emailed me and I got to work with. He is fantastic, we couldn't strike a deal but it wasn't due to his service. I would absolutely go back again and when I do I will ask for Joseph. It was low pressure and I felt comfortable and free to communicate and ask questions as needed. Your salesman where fine but service department was vary secretive about what was being done to out truck and would let us know what that did to fix it and still failed to fix the problem after having it a secretive about what was being done to out truck and would let us know what that did to fix it and still failed to fix the problem after having it a week with not a lot of communication More
