I maintained the van, and it served me very reliably for 13 years. For 13 years my salesman has sent me holiday letters. Such persistence did not go unnoticed. Two weeks ago I phoned Joe about wanting a new van. After a 10 minute phone interview, Joe got right on the search. I was seeking a Silver Transit. He found one almost immediately at a nearby dealership. I met Joe and left a deposit on this vehicle. A day later Joe called me to tell me that the other dealership had sold the van to a previously promised customer. Undeterred, Joe climbed right back into the ring. The following day he phoned to say he'd found another silver Transit. This one was featured even more to my liking than the first. Two days later Joe was going through the radio/phone functions on my new silver Transit. If you tell Joe De Riggi what you're looking for, he'll deliver. There was no BS or Balony. More

Great Experience Purchasing a Ford at Anderson Rock River I recently completed the purchase of my first brand new car at Anderson Rock River Ford. I was specifically looking for a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid with certain accessory packages, but Joseph didn't have the exact vehicle I was looking for on their lot. However, with a smile on his face, Joseph worked diligently to find the exact car that I was looking for and then completed a dealer trade to make it possible for me to make the purchase at Anderson Rock River Ford. Joseph told me that he located the vehicle for me on a Friday and it was transferred to Anderson Rock River Ford by Monday, cleaned up and ready for me to test drive. After a quick ride around the area, I was able to confirm that this was in fact my dream-car and I was ready to make the purchase.
