I maintained the van, and it served me very reliably for 13 years. For 13 years my salesman has sent me holiday letters. Such persistence did not go unnoticed. Two weeks ago I phoned Joe about wanting a new van. After a 10 minute phone interview, Joe got right on the search. I was seeking a Silver Transit. He found one almost immediately at a nearby dealership. I met Joe and left a deposit on this vehicle. A day later Joe called me to tell me that the other dealership had sold the van to a previously promised customer. Undeterred, Joe climbed right back into the ring. The following day he phoned to say he'd found another silver Transit. This one was featured even more to my liking than the first.
