I was specifically looking for a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid with certain accessory packages, but Joseph didn't have the exact vehicle I was looking for on their lot. However, with a smile on his face, Joseph worked diligently to find the exact car that I was looking for and then completed a dealer trade to make it possible for me to make the purchase at Anderson Rock River Ford. Joseph told me that he located the vehicle for me on a Friday and it was transferred to Anderson Rock River Ford by Monday, cleaned up and ready for me to test drive. After a quick ride around the area, I was able to confirm that this was in fact my dream-car and I was ready to make the purchase. Throughout my experience, Joseph, as well as the rest of the Anderson Rock River Ford staff, made me feel extremely comfortable and valued as a customer. Wonderful experience! I was shopping for a late model, low-miles, used F-150 supercab. I've owned six other vehicles, but I've never bought from a dealership before, so I w I was shopping for a late model, low-miles, used F-150 supercab. I've owned six other vehicles, but I've never bought from a dealership before, so I was a little overwhelmed with options (a huge number of dealers/salesmen and the multitude of used vehicles in various conditions) and nervous about making a wrong choice. After trying a few other dealerships and not getting what we wanted, we decided to try Anderson Rock River Block. Joseph warmly greeted us the moment we arrived and proceeded to ask what specifications I was looking for in my truck. This was an instant difference from salesmen at the other locations who wanted to go straight to their computer to find a truck for us (like I couldn't have done that at home online - and which I had) and even then weren't listening to the specifications I'd given. After scribbling down my wish list, Joe disappeared for a few minutes. The next thing I knew, my truck pulled up to the door. I can't even buy a pair of jeans that easily! It didn't stop there, however. He gave me (and my husband) a thorough explanation of the many differences between that truck and another type I was considering, and then he gave us a detailed tour of the truck's features. That gave me a much greater sense of confidence in my choice. He knows his product inside and out -- and he isn't the pushy or rude salesman we all dread. Taking customer service to another level, he even gave us a little key tag that has his and the dealership's numbers on it, should I need help with anything. There were a few other things I wanted to have done for the truck, and Joe made it very easy to arrange for those things to be done also. This was a five-star, two-thumbs, A+ buying experience and I couldn't be happier to recommend this dealership, and particularly our salesman. We were treated exceedingly well and love our new truck! Not only did he find me a beautiful van but the dealership also got me financed that same day. I drove out of there with the van that same night. Which turned out to be a good thing because the car we drove there in wouldn't start when we were ready to leave. Two days later they called me to come back. They got my interest rate cheaper than was originally financed for with a different bank. I got an even lower payments. Thank you all so much. Greatly appreciated More

He found us what we wanted and at the price we wanted. He provided us with remarkable service. He stayed an hour past closing to make sure we understood how to operate every function our vehicle had to offer. You just don't see service like this these days.
