Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with. Coming from someone who has interacted with dozens of dealerships and Client Advisors, Andrew was the reason I decided to drive over 1 hour to Orland Coming from someone who has interacted with dozens of dealerships and Client Advisors, Andrew was the reason I decided to drive over 1 hour to Orland Park to make a deal. During the test drive, he was impressively knowledgable about the M340i, different trims and years, price ranges, etc. And he took his time even after hours to walk through every part of the process. Joe the Manager was also class act. Although we interacted briefly at the end of the deal, I felt he was genuine in thanking me for the business, I would definitely recommend others to check out this dealership. I feel like I get a fair deal on both my trade-in and purchase price of the car off the lot. Joe also followed up with me on a few items that we could not wrap up due to it being after hours. More
