Corey is awesome, always professional and understands customer service at every level. Although I don't enjoy having to spend a lot of money for both my BMW x1 & BMW x7, Corey always seems to explain thi customer service at every level. Dropped my car off at 10:15. They typically spend 2 hours on a maintenance check but this time it took 3 hours. When I picked up my car, it was making a very weird sound and I ha They typically spend 2 hours on a maintenance check but this time it took 3 hours. When I picked up my car, it was making a very weird sound and I had to wait almost a whole hour on too of the 3 I had already waited. The oil cap was not screwed on tightly which made the weird sound. It goes to show that my car was not tested or thoroughly looked at before texting me that my car was finished or handing me back the keys. Easy fix with no damage, but if I’m paying for a luxury car, I expect luxury service. More

I went into dealership after confirming my oil change was still under warranty. I arrived to be told that was not true and it was $198. I was unhappy with this, but said ok. Then I got home and had a coupon still under warranty. I arrived to be told that was not true and it was $198. I was unhappy with this, but said ok. Then I got home and had a coupon for $99. I called and they said they could not honor it even though it was same day. Just not worth the drive. I will go to local service station - or closer to my house. I had bought 2 cars from here because I like Colleen and trusted her. Didn't feel great about service. More

Came to pick up my car after oil change cashier told me wait outside and they would bring my car. Waited 15 min then went inside to see where my car was. 15!min later a young kid came out and brought me i wait outside and they would bring my car. Waited 15 min then went inside to see where my car was. 15!min later a young kid came out and brought me in the lot to the wrong car. He repeatedly kept hitting the key to try yo open even after I kept telling him it was not my car. We walked around the lot until my car beeped in another section of lot. Total confusion and long wait! More

This was my first service since buying out my lease and not being under warranty. I brought my car in for its scheduled oil change and after the service advisor scanned my key fob he started telling me abo not being under warranty. I brought my car in for its scheduled oil change and after the service advisor scanned my key fob he started telling me about all the things included in the service for that day. I asked him to verify the price for today’s service because the email reminder I received said it would be $99.99. He informed me that with everything I needed it would be $889.99. I told him that I was not paying over $800 for an oil change and would take it somewhere else if that was the case. He then got indignant and rude saying he was trying to do me a favor adding on these “required” maintenance items and that I was free to decline them at my own risk. When I said I would decline the extra services he then asked me what my name was and if I had made an appointment. I thought he would had had that information from scanning the key fob and he seemed to know I had an appointment until I declined the extra service. When I pointed this out he then started typing on his computer saying that he needed to see if I qualified for “valued customer” status to make sure I was eligible for the 99.99 oil change. Luckily, I had kept the email confirming the appointment and the price. I know that when I have the oil changed at this dealership that I am paying a premium so I do not care to be talked down to or treated so badly by a sales representative. I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from this dealership over the years but I can say at this moment there will not be another. More
