Had my vehicle for over 2 months. First told me I needed a new hybrid battery and once I questioned that because this would be the 3rd hybrid battery on a vehicle with 160,000 miles a First told me I needed a new hybrid battery and once I questioned that because this would be the 3rd hybrid battery on a vehicle with 160,000 miles and I though that was ridiculous they said I needed to approve more labor time for further diagnostic tests. $700 later they said it was a $35 fuse. Talk about being rung through the wringer. Communication was terrible. More
