I came in for an alignment and a slow leak in one of my tires. After having a less than stellar experience across town at their competitor I decided to give Russ Darrow Kia on the west side a try. It was a completely stress-free experience from start to finish each person I dealt with was cordial, kind, attentive, knowledgeable and I felt like my business was appreciated. It’s amazing what the small act of acknowledgement can do to building a lasting impression. The simple act of saying hello with a smile goes a long way in my book. I don’t know if I could’ve gotten a better deal someplace else and frankly I don’t care because I appreciate being treated with respect and consideration. I thought the price I was charged was reasonable and they didn’t try and upsell me or push me into anything else even though I did mention that I was interested in coming back for some additional services at a later date. They offer a shuttle service if you’d like to go someplace else while you wait for your car to be repaired which I thought was a nice option. More

Russ Darrow should in our estimation give Joe a big raise for how he goes about representing Russ Darrow. Dealerships in general have a negative connotation for most people.
