I searched on line, found a car that I wanted to look at. We contacted Infiniti of Naperville and came and looked at it. Upon our arrival we were partnered up with Heidi Guttman, who was our sales person- for lack of better term. Heidi was awesome through the whole process. When we decided to purchase our car, there were a few little glitches, only one key, a light on in the dash that needed to be checked. Heidi immediately helped us in obtaining the other key to the vehicle and getting the light looked at, and fixed. Due to my schedule i had to cancel numerous times to get this done. Heidi was always available to help whenever my schedule would allow, at whatever time. Heidi was always very very pleasant and fun. I can honestly say I hate dealing with buying a new/used car in every way, but Heidi and everyone at Infiniti of Naperville made this process more easy, more professional, and much more calming and no pressure. I used to go to another dealer for all my cars, Heidi has certainly changed my entire mind about now using Infiniti of Naperville.
