I bought a used Toyota through Brad. They had the car ready and waiting when I arrived as they said they would. It was clean and in tip top shape. Once I got to the finance office Joe got us through the loan process quickly, the deal was done and I drove it home! Once I got home and was reading through all the papers I found a major issue. I contacted them and they quickly came up with a solution to resolve it fairly. You have to appreciate when a dealer acknowledges an honest mistake and takes responsibility. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. More
