I was traveling, had a problem on my way and stopped at your dealership for help. Needed to replace the alternator. Spent the day there for the replacement. After a month the alternator again needed to be your dealership for help. Needed to replace the alternator. Spent the day there for the replacement. After a month the alternator again needed to be replaced. I live in CT, and I called and was told to drive to your location, but the car was not safe to drive 2 hours to you. I replaced the alternator in CT and contacted you by phone and email many times to return the broken alternator that it is under warranty and get my refund for the part. It has been more than a month and nobody responds to me. I don't know what it's the problem. More
