Both are nice guys Rich sold me the car and joseph did the paperwork (a little slow and pushy on early signatures). Finance was a little pushy in their service/warranty plans that "are a no brainer" and "totally worth it" but that is expected. Consumer reports reported that only 5% of people benefit from extra services such as extended warranties. So really it is not a no brainer. However, rich and joe were nice guys and I felt I did not get too bent over on the deal that we worked considering current U.S. economics. I could have waited a few months and picked up a nice used truck since there are over 7 million delinquent car loans past 90 days. However, I was wanting a new truck that I could keep pristine. More
