Hello, While we understand you are frustrated over having experienced issues with a vehicle purchased at another dealership, it is regrettable to receive this feedback despite our attempts to help resolve your concerns. As you have been informed previously, we were asked to and did complete an exhaust converter replacement on the vehicle. Following that replacement, your check engine light returned. Through diagnostics it was determined the exhaust converter for the opposite bank needs replacement as well - it is not the same repair. The aftermarket part that will be used for the replacement is the one approved by your original dealership. Regarding the axle replacement, you have informed us on multiple occasions that you wish to have the repair done elsewhere, so it has not been completed. I can assure you everything is being done to have this vehicle serviced and back to you in the timeliest manner possible. As soon as repairs can be made for the second converter, you will be notified. If you would like to continue our discussion in the meantime or have changed your mind about the axle replacement, please contact me at 845-501-8351. No thanks. There's no more to talk about. Every time I have been there it has been the same thing. Everyone passes the blame. Your sales team is no better than the service department. You guys are all rude and mean and condescending and I just rather not spend another dime there. I always get treated like crap when I'm there. And you guys refuse to fix anything even when it's under warranty. I have three other cars and have never had so many problems as this one. (This being the Honda). Which is a shame because I had such a great experience with my very first car which was a Honda. I've never been treated with so much disrespect at a dealership.
