Well I'm here for my third visit and purchase. from my first convertible a few years ago, to my wife's SUV, and now my "like brand new,only better" CHEVY SILVERADO. So the purchase process was pleasent, YES,BUT THE PRODUCT WAS OUTSTANDING EVERYTIME, AND PRICE ON THE MONEY. Take it from me. When i sold my convertible after a year of enjoying a perfect vehicle(not one issue ever, just had no time for my harley) the blue book value was exactly what I paid and sold and didnt loose a dime. When i went to other dealers ,my experience always was ; stressful,run around, and the products are over bluebook by thousands(costing me before during and after the purchase for years.. I may not have known what kind of car I wanted but I was sure that I wanted something safe....but also something that was fun to drive. After listening to my laundry list of likes and dislikes this man found me the perfect car! From the minute I sat behind the wheel I knew I had to have it. I didn't know I needed a Mini Cooper but Joe did. It is the perfect fit for me safe but fun and honestly fits my personality. Great selection of cars, great staff making a purchase easy I have never financed a vehicle, and Joe made the process easy. I saw my new vehicle a weeks before on a Sunday drive with my son. I ended up buying my car at a different dealership just because they had the exact colour combination i wanted. If it hadn’t been for that i would have bought from IGM. I can only recommend this dealership because after all, they were looking for me to be happy, whether they got the sale or not! More

Honest dealership I went into this dealership several months ago and was looking to get out of my lease. I was told after seeing how much I still owed and my current fi I went into this dealership several months ago and was looking to get out of my lease. I was told after seeing how much I still owed and my current financial situation that getting into another vehicle was not a good idea. I lived out the remaining months of my lease and returned to IMG and bought my CRV and am very happy. This dealership is honest and there is no doubt they know there customers. More
