Time to update my original review! I wrote a very positive review on June 27, 2019. I take it all back. After purchasing my vehicle - cash sale - I decided it was just not for me. Th I wrote a very positive review on June 27, 2019. I take it all back. After purchasing my vehicle - cash sale - I decided it was just not for me. This was a few months after my initial purchase. I wanted to use this dealership again. Went in and test drove a Volvo SUV. Decided to buy it. I was not asking for any special deal on my trade-in. Just to be able to trade-in a vehicle I bought THERE. From their dealership. Fair market trade. I could not even get them to return a phone call. Repeated attempts. I even personally stopped by to ask for a response. Could not get either Tony or Joe to give me the courtesy of a call. They did not want my trade-in. Did I mention I bought it from THEM???? They sold the Volvo the next week. Terrible experience. Will never go again. Beware! More

I have had VERY pleasant experiences with IMG, in the past. Their customer service, their inventory, advice and the sincere interest and time they spend with you to be sure you “like what you drive” . I past. In exchange for my great experience, I cannot even begin to say how many people I have sent to this establishment and who have indeed themselves, purchased over the years. So here I am .. I, myself, return, as I specifically was discussing with Joe, because I trust their inventory, their advice, knowledge and most of all their personal customer satisfaction. All of the above...Could not be more true. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in my latest venture here. Communication appeared to be very lost and I felt very judged due to my current circumstances. I had always dealt with Tony in the past; however, everyday I came by he was not available. Therefore, as I walked through the doors .. a young man with a bright smile, ready to help in any way... wellllll... say no more...Joe is amazing!!! 😊 He spent so much time with me, He has a great personality and a lot of patience!👌Taking information, as far as what I was interested in and what I had discussed in emails with Tony, his Dad. He stated, “He will call you definitely tomorrow..” I waited...4 days...heard nothing, called back myself..spoke to Joe again, asked him about another vehicle they had recently acquired. He told me to come down. I came down we test drove it, I liked it, however, yet not exactly what I had previously discussed that I was originally looking for in the emails, since I was still waiting to hear back from Tony. So fast forwarding, we started to discuss credit arrangements. Due to a recent serious, 360, life changing series of events (disability/divorce) I now had some credit challenges to address , Wellll now Tony appears and 12 years ago when I purchased my Mercedes outright and my Audi, well a handshake just wasn’t enough, they say you’re IMG Family!!!... well now... here we are in 2020, my credit is a challenge, ok no problem, I own up to that, it is what it is... however, he stated he would submit the application and let me know what the bank would require for me to put down as a down payment. and call me the next day. Couldn’t I have worked with Judith on that?! or at least have her input on the matter? All of us sit down and work together? After all I was hoping I could been educated on their “guaranteed financing” promise with how much I would need to put down? But with no return phone call or not even a given “chance” how can one feel so mistreated? I just felt like I was being swept out the door. Well here we are 3 weeks later. I have never heard from him. ( shaking head in disappointment) I took this to be VERY offensive and very disappointed ...it was a very unfortunate experience. I felt judged, in some ways, almost discriminated; however, I’m hoping it was not intentional. Yet, I can say I will not ever forget the way you looked at me Tony. Need I say it was NOT a very pleasant feeling? I could tell by the look on your son’s face he was disappointed, as well. **Joe was absolutely FANTASTIC..not enough wonderful words of praise... he is the best!!!👍... **Judith is absolutely soo sweet, welcoming and just absolutely the best at what she does! 😊 Update....Three weeks later, another reputable “award winning” dealer is more than happy to work with me , and my brother has also decided to purchase a new vehicle. I had hoped to be driving 🚗 away from IMG but maybe our highways will cross once again in the future.... 🤔 Just expressing my feelings and for all to be more aware of the person sitting in front of you....there maybe more of the “story” than just the “cover” of the book in front of you... together you can make it happen!
