I recently purchased a car and issues is an understatement. To start they refused to provide floor mats, a trunk board, and a temporary tag until I insisted, Then I noticed a defect in the pass understatement. When I complained, I was told that I should have purchased a new car by the sales rep. After taking the car to mechanic, I discovered that while they disclosed one crash, they failed to mention another one in which non-factory parts were glued back together and not properly repaired. This of course was just another of many betrayals that I felt during what was supposed to be a joyful occasion. A new car. Instead, I I was a disheartening experience that will force me on a crusade to keep people from doing business with you. Dishonesty, rudeness, and lies are never good for business. Rather than represent a company of your caliber, these people should be fired and force to reckon with the harshness of their actions. The legal route may be my only remedy. More
