Sooo my dealer was Joseph Randazzo we had been in contact for a few months towards my lease end and this was the most wonderful experience I’ve had with a dealer. He was genuine and honest towards my needs a for a few months towards my lease end and this was the most wonderful experience I’ve had with a dealer. He was genuine and honest towards my needs as a client and worked towards my goal for a lower payment. We achieved that with no hassle or a kidney (jokes) and on top of that It was overall the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership thanks to Joe as well as Vadim who took care of the financials with efficiency and no xxxxxxxx! I am very happy and grateful. I got here around 12:30 and left at 2:00 pm. Big win!!! No long waits and everyone who helped me had a sense of urgency and treated me as priority. My boyfriend was with me who just leased his second car at Toyota and had a nightmare of an experience and he WILL be coming to Honda for his next car. Thank you Joe for not being the average Joe (salesman) :D More
