Being in the early stages of looking for a new car and keeping in mind the bad experience we had elsewhere, I was going in with the "not this time" attitude. We were happy with the attention and detailed keeping in mind the bad experience we had elsewhere, I was going in with the "not this time" attitude. We were happy with the attention and detailed information that Joe gave us. After speaking with him, looking at a few cars, and getting prices, we were comfortable with all aspects of the visit and almost bought a car but didn't want to be foolish since we hadn't shopped around very long. After 9 days and A LOT of dealership visits we still did not find a better car or a salesman that didn't make us feel uneasy. So we will be heading back to see Joe and sending my sister as well. The no pressure, just facts buying experience is less stressful and a pleasant surprise. More
