The initial interaction/pick up was fine, but the follow up, horrible. No one answers the phones in service. They left a message and I called right back and couldn’t get anyone. When I finally did, I was to up, horrible. No one answers the phones in service. They left a message and I called right back and couldn’t get anyone. When I finally did, I was told I’ll call you back in 10-15 minutes to confirm coverage for repair.... call never came. Took over an hour of me calling before I actually got a guy from the service counter to let me know that my car was covered and being repaired and would be done that day. I had to keep calling the main desk just to keep getting transferred to their voicemail. Very frustrating when you work nights and don’t know if you have a ride to work or if you need to make other arrangements. Quality of work is great and their customer service in person is GREAT!! Just answer the darn phones!!!! More
