I was told approximately 1 hour. I waited for 3 hours. Just to get an tire replacement. And tried finding a hole in the rear tire which apparently took them 40+ minutes just to realize there is no hole. Just to get an tire replacement. Just do not understand why it would take so long to replace a tire and fix a hole (which they couldn’t even find/fix) Everything is working fine. But waiting for 3 hours is just unacceptable. At least inform the customer it will take longer than an hour and not just tell me approximately 1 hour and take 3x longer. More
