My sales representative, Joseph Seplow, was the most courteous and From start to finish, this was the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. My sales representative, Joseph Seplow, was the most courteous and helpful sales person I have ever experienced in my 74 years of living. Being disabled, I had several issues that needed to be addressed in buying a new car. Mr. Seplow solved each issue and made my purchase an easy one. The closing experience was handled by Lorenzo Coscarelli, and this turned out to be equally pleasant. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of the Schumacher staff.
