We purchased a preowned Tesla Model S. We found the car through Internet Sales. Upon arriving the people were great, however their Tesla product knowledge was not great, and neither was my mine. They maintained the price as offered via the Internet, and the financing rate they offered was good., Additionally, an error code was identified on the car, and they corrected the code, and delivered the car to my house in Riverside area 2 days later.after this correction. We gave them a 3 of 5 due to their product knowledge, and the amount of time we had to wait for them to complete the contract paperwork. However, I feel they were fair and went above and beyond by driving out to deliver the vehicle, and maintains their promises. More
