I recently bought a ram 2500 limited from here and to even start with the sales man micheal came up to us friendly guy, but clearly can see he was busy with another costumer on his phone texting , clearl even start with the sales man micheal came up to us friendly guy, but clearly can see he was busy with another costumer on his phone texting , clearly also he did not specialize in the ram 2500 he did not know what he was saying, and Josh he says he was a sales manager for 3 years but lacked on getting me any information I asked him about finance and auto information,most of the information Josh the sale manager for 3years was giving me incorrect information , my Ram 2500 only had one key fob and I asked josh about it his response was he was gonna get the second fob ordered that he will take care of it , came in to pick up the second key and service was charging me on a discount price for the key and programming , so again and when i say they are hungry for a sale and deal is said and done, there not interested in your business anymore and if it is not in paper trust me when I say don’t believe any sales person or manager, in this case it was the manager don’t believe what they say chances are it’s false information. More

Dealing with the team at Russell Westbrook was worth 1 1/2 hour drive to get there. First there was Josh, he helped me over the phone, insuring I would get the Ram truck I wanted for a great price. Then Yadira took over and helped get the truck ready to take home, get everything set by showing me all the features of the new truck. Last was Rayan, he was so nice and he handlers all the paperwork and sales agreements like a true professional. Emanuel went above and beyond. Friendly, well informed and patient. I HATE car shopping but this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Esteban in finance was also amazing.
