I have my car serviced with this dealer and it is fabulous. Very personable and go through your cars need with details, video and costs. We went from no car payment to $$$ per month and that is the shock. Then the insurance cost goes up and adds to the shock. It's the cost of mobility in our lives and you have to plan ahead for it. Unprofessional is the statement of a lifetime when referring to these sleezy people. Filled out an application for a 2020 Audi SQ5. Spoke to someone in finance on 4/24/2024 and ask a lot of questions about things on my credit and money available. Once down was told they would call me "right back" after they got off the phone with the banks. Today 4/24/2024 at 3PM I still had not heard anything back and sent a text message to Spencer about how I felt on being ignored. Spencer then text me back after I said I was going to leave a 1 STAR review about my experience. Spencer then text me back telling me that my credit was to bad to get anyone to approve and to let him know when I have a co-signer. I have 1 bad thing on my credit report where I helped someone get a car and they let it get repo'ed. My score WAS almost 800 before all of that, with about 7 PAID IN FULL NEVER LATE auto loans. Credit cards and other misc loans, paid in full and never late. If you do not have TEIR 1 credit, DO NOT GO HERE! You will be treated like absolute garbage and ignored. More
