My recent experience at Tom Wood Subaru with Christina Cheatham as my sales consultant was probably the best buying experience I have ever had. Christina was friendly, affable, patient and very knowledgeable. She knows the Subaru products extremely well. She was very easy to work with and I never felt any pressure to make a decision. Although I plan to keep my Subaru for a long time, if I need a new one I hope Christina is still there. I would highly recommend Tom Wood Subaru and especially Christina. It was also a pleasure to work with Josh Boyd on the final paperwork. He walked me through it very quickly and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure to up-sell products. More

This is our second purchase from Tom Wood and we will continue to buy our car here - and would love to work with Nick Wade again. Candidly, it’s unfortunate that Tony B. Did not call us back when we inquired about the Subaru. He had a customer test driving the car and said he would call us back. He did not - that was and proved to be a missed sale. It took more work from my end to have Tom Wood Subaru engage with me - it should be the other way around. Nick made up for our initial mediocre experience. More
