Jared has always been wonderful and helps with whatever we need. Josh in service was great when we had our venza towed out there. But I’m not very fond of Lisa in service. She was very defensive saying my we need. Josh in service was great when we had our venza towed out there. But I’m not very fond of Lisa in service. She was very defensive saying my car was fine when it left the lot after the 5000 mile servicing. She wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and was on the verge of being rude. I will ask for a different service person or go to another dealership for my service for my venza. I knew there was something wrong with my car when I brought it in for the 5000 checkup but kept being told they couldn’t find anything wrong. When you drive a car every day, you know when something is wrong. Now look what happened! Could be major problem that might have been avoided. More
