So thhey owe me $70 and 2 hrs labor at thier rate plus the rotors are trashed from the grinding with no pad left.. Customer service was an unorganized, unprofessional mess. I make an appointment then they tell me it will be the end of the day....my appointmemt was 11am. It takes a pro about 1 hr. If I had to do it again I could do it in that. So maybe even less. More

Asking price: $16,541.00 7% sales tax $1,157.87 Title transfer $75.25 Registration $32.50 Total: $17,806.62 Instead of something in Asking price: $16,541.00 7% sales tax $1,157.87 Title transfer $75.25 Registration $32.50 Total: $17,806.62 Instead of something in this neighborhood we ended up at OVER $21,000, which is close to $3500 in xxxxxxxx fees. Needless to say we simply walked away. I understand that there are cost involved in reconditioning a vehicle, and that the dealer is entitled to a profit. BUT these COST should be INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE when advertised. NOT something that is added on AFTER the fact. When an advertised vehicle jumps $3500, I consider it to be false advertising. More

I purchased a Used Truck from them. My Salesman was Mo. The sales staff are Awesome. They worked with me, and bent over backwards to make the deal that I wanted. And they earned my business. The Finance De The sales staff are Awesome. They worked with me, and bent over backwards to make the deal that I wanted. And they earned my business. The Finance Department is a different story. The Finance Manager is James Arnold, that man is useless. Most days he is either off,or does not come in until 12 or 2 p.m. He will not work for you. He will not call you back. He will not do what he says he will do. He is worthless. I don't know how he got the position he is in, he does not deserve it. If you decide to buy from Lakeland Dodge, do yourself a favor and don't have James Arnold anywhere in the deal. Should be fired for being so sorry of a employee. Sales is Great. James Arnold is the reason for my low rating. Had to get a nice Lady named Jennifer to do the job that James Arnold would not do. More
