Had an appointment for 3 PM and waited 2. 5 hours for an oil change. Service advisor said the cabin air filter would be changed and as far as I see on the papers and video, it was not changed. 5 hours for an oil change. Did not feel like personal service or any concern for my schedule. More

Minor service takes forever. One can have an appointment but it has nothing to do with when the car service will occur. PRO:Josh was helpful and all went smoothly. On time, quick turn around. Great job! CONS: I wish there were a dedicated place to work while waiting. Booked an appointment ahead of time to drop off car & pickup rental. They had me down as waiting. No bmw rental car was offered , spent a lot of money on my vehicle and expected to be put into a bmw . I pickup rental. They had me down as waiting. I had asked to check all tires for any nails , especially because my right rear was leaking for 2 months and I keep having to put air in tire. I was told it is only because of the cold . Picked up vehicle and they did not even fill my tires to the correct psi . More

Overall experience was good, especially once I was able to speak with my service rep Josh. The young lady at the check-in kiosk wasn't particularly friendly but she may have been distracted with some issue to speak with my service rep Josh. The young lady at the check-in kiosk wasn't particularly friendly but she may have been distracted with some issue regarding some missing keys. I also thought the 20 minute wait inside before speaking to anyone was a bit long. It would have been good for someone to point out my service rep to me and let me know he was finishing up with another customer and would be with me shortly. More
