I'm going to start this review off by saying I truly can't thank the team enough for hooking me up. I'm always skeptical when I read reviews, but these guys truly went above and beyond. I live in Minnesota and Berlin City got a car in on trade that I've been hunting for for a while in the specific spec and trim. I reached out to them, and Peter absolutely did the most to make sure I knew just about everything about this car without actually being able to be out there. He took videos of test drives for me, the engine running, and literally any other thing I asked for, he was on top of it. This guy is a car guy at heart and I think that really plays into how intentional he was with everything I requested. He sent me numerous pictures, videos, and information about the car. I had everything I needed to make the decision. Now that I knew I wanted the car, I was a little nervous on how it was going to go to actually secure the car and how I could purchase it. They absolutely took me seriously too when I let them know I was set on buying this. Dedrick gave me a call and let me know, the car is mine and don't worry about it. Very honest guy and he wasn't kidding. He told me they can ship it to me no problem. He got me in touch with the finance team and we went back and forth a little bit and were able to agree shipping and the final price and boom, that was it. Seriously, it was that easy. We reached a deal last Friday, and the car arrived TODAY, the following Monday! These guys really went over the top to make me feel special, and I can't be happy enough with my purchase. I've never had such a hassle free car buying experience. No pressure, asking if I was comfortable and knew enough about the car to move forward, man this was just fantastic. To Peter and the team, thank you so much! This has been the best car buying experience I could have ever asked for. You guys are the best! More

Buying the car was fine but unfortunately if you have to deal with the service department you will have a battle. I would be disgusted as a general manager who over sees all departments if my service depar deal with the service department you will have a battle. Basically had the run around, didnt' hear from the for a week unless I called told car was done when i wasn't and basically called a liar for a light that came on even those i sent all things in photos for a lovely trail.
