Born and raised in Fontana, CA, I’ve spent the last 10 years in the automotive industry and the past seven years with Hyundai of Palm Springs. I began my career at Big O Tires and worked my way up to becoming a full flat-rate technician with Hyundai. After a major motorcycle accident limited me physically, I discovered my true passion in becoming a Service Advisor. My background as a technician gives me strong technical insight, allowing me to translate customer concerns into clear direction for our technicians. I take pride in building long-lasting relationships with my clients and creating a service experience where they feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Many customers have shared that my professionalism, empathy, and consistency are why they continue to service their vehicles with us. Outside of work, I bowl professionally with the PBA, with 17 perfect 300 games and four 800 series—a lifelong passion that continues to drive my competitive spirit.

I belive the manufacturers should take more precauation before releasing new vehicles. I believe buying a new car would be a better experience, if the brand new cars weren't getting recalled. They should d before releasing new vehicles. I believe buying a new car would be a better experience, if the brand new cars weren't getting recalled. They should do a year long extensive testing on all new vehicles to be released. If the manufacturers took more time to test things and make sure ALL functions are correct we would have a lot less recalls. So please tell manufacturers to stop rushing to have a new car to sell an put something reliable together for the price of these 60 and 70 thousand dollar cars that's a lot of money to have to deal with recalls and headaches because of a lack of testing and a rush to get a new vehicle on the line. Let's make cars reliable again. People buy new cars to be FREE of the headce of driving something reliable. Do more testing make sure things are solid and electronics are computing correctly. More
