Born and raised in Fontana, CA, I’ve spent the last 10 years in the automotive industry and the past seven years with Hyundai of Palm Springs. I began my career at Big O Tires and worked my way up to becoming a full flat-rate technician with Hyundai. After a major motorcycle accident limited me physically, I discovered my true passion in becoming a Service Advisor. My background as a technician gives me strong technical insight, allowing me to translate customer concerns into clear direction for our technicians. I take pride in building long-lasting relationships with my clients and creating a service experience where they feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Many customers have shared that my professionalism, empathy, and consistency are why they continue to service their vehicles with us. Outside of work, I bowl professionally with the PBA, with 17 perfect 300 games and four 800 series—a lifelong passion that continues to drive my competitive spirit.

Eric Garcia was a very helpful service manager who I felt I could trust from the outset as he guided me through my options. I came in unexpectedly on a Friday afternoon and didn't plan on seeing my car until Monday but they found the 12 volt battery that goes with my hybrid and installed it while also checking for recalls. This was my first time working with them on this new used Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Unlike the La Quinta Hyundai service team, I felt I could trust the care and service recommended by the Palm Springs team. I cannot more highly recommend the dealership and will come back here to buy my next Sonata. More

No transparency and no communication with me at all kept telling me I’m trying to help you but I don’t think you’re getting that. Idk if he has personal problems but Josh really dropped the ball. Imagine waiting 4 days for your car to get fixed and getting it back with nothing done the service light still on and being asked to pay 210 dollers when your car is under warranty and has the pre payed maintenance on it for the tire rotation. How would you feel. More

I was traveling during the purchase, but he made the entire process incredibly easy by handling everything online and through text messaging. By the time I arrived, there was no stressful back-and-forth negotiating or wasting hours at the dealership. Everything was ready to go. I love the quality of my new vehicle, and I really appreciate how professional, responsive, and efficient the entire team was. They made what is usually a time-consuming process simple and hassle-free. I also want to recognize Josh in the service department. He is the best service representative—always providing clear communication, explaining my options, and recommending the best services to keep my vehicle properly maintained. I always know exactly what to expect, and I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend Palm Springs Hyundai for both sales and service. More
