I have been here at Dorsett Ford since November 2012. I am from Marshall, IL. I’m married and have two wonderful boys. My family and I love to be outdoors. When the weather is nice, you can find us riding our side by side, camping, fishing, and enjoying time with friends! I take great pride in making sure that my customers are receiving excellent customer service. In my opinion, customers are the most important part of any business. Without the customer, I wouldn’t be able to do what I love each day!

3am and broke down The tow truck driver recommended Dorsett for my repairs. The people at the dealership got my car in diagnosed and repaired by 11am. I was 9 hours from home and on a tight deadline to return to work. The service manager Shaye kept me informed and was able to have the work completed quickly and efficiently. More

Great service, great people Our car broke down at a gas station nearby on our way from central Texas to Ontario, Canada, got it towed here. The boys at Dorsett got us up and runn Our car broke down at a gas station nearby on our way from central Texas to Ontario, Canada, got it towed here. The boys at Dorsett got us up and running again in no time! Only took about an hour to get the issue diagnosed and fixed! Thanks to Ryan, Shane, Josh, and Lester for getting us back on the road with no hassle. More
