I have been here at Dorsett Ford since November 2012. I am from Marshall, IL. I’m married and have two wonderful boys. My family and I love to be outdoors. When the weather is nice, you can find us riding our side by side, camping, fishing, and enjoying time with friends! I take great pride in making sure that my customers are receiving excellent customer service. In my opinion, customers are the most important part of any business. Without the customer, I wouldn’t be able to do what I love each day!

Work done on a recall I had a recall on my 2003 Mercury Marquis. And Shane Shamtrock came to my house and got my car . Which he had ordered parts. Great Service We bought our Lincoln MKZ in Champaign,IL. It wasn't always convenient to take the car in for maintenance with it being over an hour drive. Just 8 We bought our Lincoln MKZ in Champaign,IL. It wasn't always convenient to take the car in for maintenance with it being over an hour drive. Just 8 miles away from our house is Dorsett Ford in Marshall, Il. We thought we would give them a try. We've done business with them for several oil changes on the MKZ and our new Ford truck, recall issues, and a quirky problem with the battery that they stayed on top of and resolved. Josh Clark, the Service Manager, goes over the top to ensure you leave taken care of and that you are satisfied, Shane in service has always been very accommodating as he worked with us. We can't say enough at how pleased we are and so thankful that we gave them a shot at servicing our vehicles. Great guys to deal with! More
