Online team connected me with Josh. He had Outback ready at showroom door and let me take the car home for an extended test drive. Wife and I took turns on freeways, rough roads, and t He had Outback ready at showroom door and let me take the car home for an extended test drive. Wife and I took turns on freeways, rough roads, and twisty streets for 2 hours. We'd been to other dealerships the past month and always has salesperson direct us around their usual short "loop". I appreciated Josh for quiet confidence, and thorough knowledge about Kia and Ferguson. My son has two Subarus and positive reports on his Ferguson Service Department experiences. More
