Service guy told me my brand new Maverick could now have the factory vinyl b pillar sticker warranties, and pretended it was after market ...I had to point out every Maverick on the lot has the same part. He then took photos and said the manager would reach out to let me know if it was covered. I took it to 2 other ford dealers and they said it was very obviously covered. This whole place is filled with xxxx bags. I wish I could give 0 stars. Also the manager never called. More

Aside from the great initial purchase experience, the follow up when I had issues has been absolutely abysmal. I had traded in my old truck for a new one for my business. Adam, along with everyone else I follow up when I had issues has been absolutely abysmal. I had traded in my old truck for a new one for my business. Adam, along with everyone else I talked to at the dealership knew this. After having some issues with my truck, it was revealed that my warranty was not valid because I was sold a non-commercial warranty. Basically, I paid nearly $3,000 for a worthless warranty. I ended up having to pay $4,600 dollars to fix the issues with my truck. After multiple conversations with title/financial people at Sam Leman about what the recourse would be -where can we go from here? I have a warranty that I paid for that I can't use. I was assured I could at least get a commercial endorsement (with no additional cost) on my existing "warranty" that would cover the truck for the remainder of the 150,000 mile warranty (I had 110,000 miles on the truck at the time). Ultimately, I got passed off onto the Manager, Josh, who, after listening to my circumstances, has done absolutely nothing. I have called many, many times to which I am "assured" he's not ignoring me, and will call me back. He never calls back. So here I am. I have a 2020 F250 that I effectively paid $7,600 for a warranty for that is worthless, my truck is not covered for any future issues, and Sam Leman Ford couldn't care less about this customer, because in their mind, I'm from out of state and they'll never see me again. The manager, Josh, is basically holding out until I eventually give up "annoying him" by hoping he'll do the right thing and rectify the mistake the personnel in his dealership made in the first place. My take away from this whole experience has been, Sam Leman Ford is happy to take your money and will forget about you after they have it. More

Leman Ford gave me a great Deal on a new Ford Edge ! Gary was Salesman. Finance manager was able to save me a ton on Financing through Ford Credit. Had to drive 85 Miles to get there but WELL WORTH IT ! Gary was Salesman. Finance manager was able to save me a ton on Financing through Ford Credit. Josh should not be is sales. Shoving his face with food at the front desk. When I asked for help he acted like I walked into his house and sat down at his table. Advertising a brand new car and then telling me I can’t buy it until 4000 miles is a bait and switch and if not illegal definitely dishonest. More
