Instead when I showed him that their website had a car listed with the price he told me tough luck too bad. Advertising a brand new car and then telling me I can’t buy it until 4000 miles is a bait and switch and if not illegal definitely dishonest.

We apologize for your disappointing visit, though there seems to be some confusion. The vehicle you inquired about is currently in Loaner Service for our service department, and per Ford's rules we cannot sell until the 4,000 mile mark. It is considered "New" because it will not have been titled, and the customer will receive increased incentive on a very in demand vehicle as well as an additional 6,000 miles on their factory warranty. We will try to make it more clear to customers in the future the status and increased incentive that applies to this car.
However you rated your experience 1 star for 2 different individuals that were not even present. One is currently in another state and the other no longer works here. We understand the confusion, but it may seem to some that your review was dishonest. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to so that we may help you. Have a nice weekend!

However our website does show the correct employees currently in our dealership, and you seem to misunderstand, the vehicle is for sale once we fulfill Ford's requirements and available now for Demo and Loaner service as stated on the vehicle. Every person on staff was rude. If you have people on your website that don’t even work there you are the dishonest one. You also show your inability to do your job by not keeping your website up to date. You we’re also dishonest by advertising a new vehicle for sale. You have now change the website to say demo only after my complaint not before. This is the second time I have shown up to your facility to buy a car to be told you don’t have it. I could spend more money on a cheaper one. This is dishonest and illegal. You have now insulted me by saying I am dishonest I will be taking my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Ps I was there to buy a car not look at one. I told your salesperson that and the responded we don’t have one to sell you. Went to a different Ford dealership they politely told me they did not have one to sell me but they would do everything they could to find one. Way better than being told to get lost.
