My experience with this dealer has been a nightmare. In Jan 2023 I bought a 2020 Escape Hybrid with 10k miles. I was warned it was a buyback/lemon but only because they had no parts for the battery dur In Jan 2023 I bought a 2020 Escape Hybrid with 10k miles. I was warned it was a buyback/lemon but only because they had no parts for the battery during the pandemic. I then took it in for maintenance and oil change as required but started hearing noises after TWO inspections. I then went to a Car-X that found multiple issues with brakes that should have been covered by Powertrain Warranty. When I returned car to Leman, I was told it was now undriveable and needed more than $2,000 in repairs. The service mgr does not return calls. Meanwhile Sales tells me my trade in value is $5,000 less than Kelley Blue Book because of all the repairs the car needs. My best advice: Stay away from these guys! More
