He knew that I was unfamiliar with the touch screen and mobile features so he took his time to educate me and help me setup the truck just the way I wanted. Learning I had some fancy heated (and cooling seats) as well as a heated steering wheel as part of my cold weather package - well...let's just say I was speechless. Thank you Josh and Herb Chambers for treating me as though I was a member of your family. I think of you everytime I drive away in my truck, listening to the Hemi purrrrrr. More
