Although the car I thought I wanted I ultimately didn't, they stuck with it until they found one that matched my needs and financial abilities. Pre-qualifying on was a big help..For me going to buy a car is like have a tooth pulled without Novocaine. This was one of the better experiences. I highly recommend them..
