Trying local dealership for basic service again. I recently purchased a new jeep and had 1st service performed. Great experience and service. I had experienced poor service a few years back and wanted to try local dealership again. This service was for my work vehicle. Online appointment set up was great . Service was performed but forgot a tire rotation. Staff corrected issue. 2 hour service time for booked appointment seems a little excessive and attention to detail for service write up could use a touch up. I was observing the service department as I am searching for a dealership to service my 9 work trucks. Key component is time and scheduling for trucks to be off the road. More

We had difficulty using the call in system, transfer service disconnected several times. Next option , online , required engine size and vin for appointment.
