My experience with Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was extremely disappointing. We were given a written out‑the‑door price of $47,000 that included a service contract at no additional cost. However, when extremely disappointing. We were given a written out‑the‑door price of $47,000 that included a service contract at no additional cost. However, when the final contract was presented, the service contract appeared as a $2,984 added charge with no discount or price reduction to offset it. When I questioned the discrepancy, the dealership tried to explain verbally that they “discounted the truck to offset the service contract,” but no such discount appears anywhere in the paperwork. The contract does not match the written agreement we were provided. I also requested that all communication be in writing and asked them not to call me. They continued calling, texting, and emailing after that request. I have filed complaints with the appropriate agencies and provided all documentation. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience. More

BOUGHT VEHICLE ON 10/14/2023 TRADED IN MY VEHICLE AND CASH TOWARDS PURCHASE OF A 2012 RAM 2500 DIESEL SOLD AS IS. Our salesman Mario was excellent! ! He worked with us on getting exactly what we wanted and when it was no longer available, he found one that had everything we wanted plus extras and ! He worked with us on getting exactly what we wanted and when it was no longer available, he found one that had everything we wanted plus extras and we were able to work out a deal. They brought it over from another location the next day and Mario handled the window tinting and getting the side steps ordered and put on for us! We did have a set back on the side steps coming in but Mario saw that they were taken care of and ready before end of day! A week later everything we wanted done to our new Jeep had been done and completed excellently!! The Jeep looks awesome!! We can’t thank Mario enough for what he did for us!! More
