CALLED DEALERSHIP MONDAY TO EXPLAIN TRUCK HAD ISSUES AND TRANSMISSION WAS ACTING UP, ASK CASH TOWARDS PURCHASE OF A 2012 RAM 2500 DIESEL SOLD AS IS. CALLED DEALERSHIP MONDAY TO EXPLAIN TRUCK HAD ISSUES AND TRANSMISSION WAS ACTING UP, ASKED IF I MAY BRING VEHICLE BACK AND GET THE VEHICLE I TRADED IN BACK, WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST A ADDITIONAL 2600 ON TOP OF THE 1600 I PAID WHEN I TRADED MY VEHICLE. WENT TO DEALERSHIP TUESDAY THE 17TH AND GOT MY VEHICLE BACK COST ME 2600 DOLLARS FOR A VEHICLE I DROVE 130 MILES AND 2 DAYS, I EXPLAINED I WOULD PAY THE 600 SERVICE BILL AND FELT I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO PAY ANYMORE SINCE THE TRUCK THEY SOLD ME WAS A LEMON. Our salesman Mario was excellent! ! He worked with us on getting exactly what we wanted and when it was no longer available, he found one that had everything we wanted plus extras and ! He worked with us on getting exactly what we wanted and when it was no longer available, he found one that had everything we wanted plus extras and we were able to work out a deal. They brought it over from another location the next day and Mario handled the window tinting and getting the side steps ordered and put on for us! We did have a set back on the side steps coming in but Mario saw that they were taken care of and ready before end of day! A week later everything we wanted done to our new Jeep had been done and completed excellently!! The Jeep looks awesome!! We can’t thank Mario enough for what he did for us!! More
