This was the first time I had every purchased a vehicle online and needless to say, I had my concerns. Josh was most helpful and helped relieve many of my concerns. I did purchase the vehicle and we worked on having it transported to me and that went without a hitch. The Merc team was pleasant to work with but failed after the deal with was closed. We purchased a BMW as we felt the performance was better, but the team was unable to provide any “swag” for the $80k we spe the deal with was closed.
