This was the first time I had every purchased a vehicle online and needless to say, I had my concerns. Josh was most helpful and helped relieve many of my concerns. I did purchase the vehicle and we worked on having it transported to me and that went without a hitch. They sent me all the necessary information for electronic funds transfer, signing paperwork was also on-line using a secure site (the whole process took about 10 minutes), supplied me with a transport company to get my car home (using an enclosed trailer) & finally supplied me with a temporary plate so I could enjoy my new car while waited for the title to register my new car in my hone state. The salesman (Josh) was always courteous, soft-spoken and would get back to asap if I had any questions. If I didn't live so far away, I would probably buy another car from him. More
