From the moment I walked in, the energy was immaculate. My Volvo was treated like the Scandinavian queen she is. Every concern I had was handled with the precision of a Formula 1 pit crew and the flair of a Broadway finale.
Honestly, if customer service had a runway, this employee would be strutting down it in six-inch heels while holding a torque wrench.
They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and somehow made getting my car serviced feel like a VIP spa day for vehicles. I left with my Volvo running perfectly and my mood elevated to levels previously reserved for Pride parades and espresso martinis.
If every dealership employee had Josh's level of charm, competence, and unapologetic sparkle, the automotive industry would be unstoppable.

However, Josh opened a case for me with Volvo to prove that I did not mess up my transmission. I have been faithful with maintenance and dedicated to caring for my car. Had it not been for Josh I would have spent more money than I am willing to share here. Not only did he have the Volvo dealership fix my car entirely, but it was done quickly and efficiently, and he was very good about checking in with me and letting me know the status. He also provided me with a loaner for the time that I didn’t have my car. I felt very taken care of and the customer service was above and beyond. I’m so glad that Josh was there for me and I know whoever has Josh assist them, this person will be in good hands. Thank you so much Josh for all your hard work.

Josh is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He clearly explained everything that needed to be done, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my vehicle was handled efficiently and correctly. It’s rare to find a service advisor who is both technically sharp and genuinely customer-focused, but Josh consistently delivers on both.
