I had a good experience at this dealership. I was a little upset about the miles that was put on the truck to say that I was the first buyer, but I still purchased the truck because I liked it. Easy to talk with, understood what I wanted and was able to get things done. However, by the truck being driven prior to being sold an oil change is needed and still have not been scheduled for one. Overall, I had a good experience and still would recommend to buy from them. More

I have tried calling this dealership for three days straight. No one answered the phone other than the receptionist. Even she got to where she would automatically forward my calls to a voicemail withou straight. No one answered the phone other than the receptionist. I have called different numbers, I have called the management etc. I have even used different phones to call in. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle they had. Very unprofessional. on the third day I eventually spoke with the Internet Manager at 5: 42pm and he informed me the vehicle just sold and will be delivering soon. I am disappointed to say the least. More

Horrible. My windshield was broken because the detailer didn’t secure my windshield wiper. The service manager assured me he would take care of it. A week later I called and was told to call someone else. didn’t secure my windshield wiper. The service manager assured me he would take care of it. A week later I called and was told to call someone else. I did. The service manager did not give the installer details and had to special order. It took 3 weeks to get it. I was also told by my salesman that I needed to reset my Mopar password since Uconnect wouldn’t work. He gave me the number Mopar who in turn told me to call Sirius. Final verdict my vehicle does not have Sirius Guardian, therefore my Uconnect cannot connect. Why didn’t my salesman know that? I spent a month waiting to get my windshield and final word that Uconnect isn’t available. I would never go back. More
