My salesman, even though he was relatively new, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and polite. He knows how to hustle. However I was very disappointed in the lack of price negotiations. It took much longer to have it shipped in than I had expected but it arrived exactly as I ordered it. The wait was worth it.
