As soon as I pulled up to the service department I was greeted immediately. They took my vehicle and addressed my issue. I waited in the customer service lounge until they were finished. They sent me a video and also explain in person what they were doing. I am overall very satisfied with the service department. I would highly recommend them for any Maserati service. More
