Quick Warranty Battery Replacement This was my first time back at this dealership since I had a problem with them a couple of years ago over pricing issues (recommended service that was This was my first time back at this dealership since I had a problem with them a couple of years ago over pricing issues (recommended service that wasn't necessary and over-pricing compared to other dealer ships). I was stuck... I had a dead battery and Lexus of Beverly Hills was the closest place to drop off for a new battery. The battery was less than a year old and it was still under Lexus warranty. It was the first time I had been in their new service location. Josh was my service rep and he did a great job of taking care of all the paper work and making sure it was covered on the warranty. It was a both good and painless experience. My car was ready when promised. More

This was done very quickly, and the service person I brought my 7 year old RX 450H in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and normal maintenance. This was done very quickly, and the service person found I also needed some extra repairs. I needed my car back by 3:00 p.m. and the extra work was done within this time frame. Josh Kim, my service rep, kept me posted on the progress and actually met me outside when I first arrived. Jim Falk Lexus is a quality dealership!! More
