When we first walked in, 3 employees looked up at us and looked away. They ignored us so customer service was a bit of a turn off. One guy standing by his coworker even looked at us twice and another guy ke looked away. They ignored us so customer service was a bit of a turn off. One guy standing by his coworker even looked at us twice and another guy kept pacing ahead of us, playing on his phone. It was a bad first impression and we considered leaving. However, we worked with Bob Hill and Josh from finance. They were welcoming, friendly, and checked on us. Bob and Josh were great to work with and they were kind during the entire process! It was nice that they asked questions about the family and kids. More

There are too many adjectives I could use to describe about Isaac and the dealership. We are very happy with the purchase of our SUV RX350L. Isaac was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. He seemed a very genuine person and was there for us every step of the way. Outstanding friendly approach to the customers; one of the the best experiences we had dealing with Dealerships. It seemed like they all got the training about the number one thump of rule of Customer satisfaction or ‘Customer comes first’ for a successful business. Wade is very passionate, communicative and enthusiastic about his work and his technical knowledge about the cars are amazing. JJ was very helpful and explained/explored the best various options to complete our paperwork. The entire experience was a pleasure and we will definitely recommend to others. More

We had a wonderful experience with Al. We came in looking for a vehicle that wasn’t in stock, but instead of just sending us on our way, he showed us some other options that we might be in We came in looking for a vehicle that wasn’t in stock, but instead of just sending us on our way, he showed us some other options that we might be interested in. He was not pushy or overbearing, but instead really listened to what we were looking for. I think he knew exactly what we wanted even more than we did.
