From the minute I pulled up to the service door I felt taken care of. Josh greated me for the intake and Tara took it from there. A part needed to be ordered and Tara called within a day or two to let me know it had arrived. Great follow up! (Which isn't always the norm at other dealerships). All in all... an excellent service experience! More

They listen to what you have to say and are very responsive to any questions or concerns that you have with respect to the vehicle you are interested in or answering questions about its features & functions. They are attentive to the purchaser's interest in everything related to the vehicle including its comfort, handling, safety, convenience, reliability, entertainment, maintenance, service, cost, and whatever else is important to the owner. My experience with this dealership was nothing short of superb. From my initial phone call with their Sales Manager Bryan Dooley until I happily drove away from this dealership in my new Tundra I had a teriffic day. It only took a few hours from my initial phone call with Mr. Dooley until the purchase was completed and I live about 65 miles away. After meeting with Mr. Dooley, he introduced me to Jon Hopper who took it from there. He showed me the Tundra that I was interested in and I took it for a test drive. He did a fantastic job of answering all my questions including numerous technical ones. He set up my iPhone and Sirius XM, introduced me to the Service Manager Josh Lewis, as well as other Byers Toyota personnel and answered tons of my questions. Thanks to Joh, Bryan, and others at Byers Toyota I had a terrific purchasing experience. More

The customer service is like non other at Byers. When I was a kid I can remember my dad taking me along to purchase his boat of a car and the salesman offering us sodas. I guess "Mo" Mike Ohler has that ol was a kid I can remember my dad taking me along to purchase his boat of a car and the salesman offering us sodas. I guess "Mo" Mike Ohler has that old school mentality. I was astounded when he offered me a soda to drink during my buying process. Not only that, but Mo knew what he was doing and got the ball rolling. I didn't buy right away as I wanted to negotiate the pricing and Mo understood that. His patience was excellent. Mo knew that going to the grass roots of customer service is what it's about - not pressuring, and allowing me to feel as comfortable as possible. The quality of work was excellent and precise. There was nothing hidden and I did not feel pressured. Matt Darling was great in the finance department. Everything was in order and correct. A few months later I even purchased an extended vehicle warranty due to the reseach I had done. Understand this, my wife has a Honda and they also make great vehicles. Honda Marysville told us the Toyota extended warranty plan is HANDS DOWN the best there is. This came from the finance manager at Honda Marysville! He even suggested that I get it! So I did. It ceratinly makes a difference when people seem to enjoy their job and know what they're doing. The friendliness of ALL the staff at Byers Toyota was great. I even found out that the truck I bought was owned by the service agent, Josh Lewis. Josh had installed an aftermarket electronic braking box and said he still had the instuction manual to it. Josh actually brought it in and gave it to me the week after buying the truck! It would have been very easy for him not to care, but he did. My overall experience with the dealership was above and beyond excellent. I have referred several of my friends to this dealership who have purchased Toyota vehicles and will continue to do so as long as Byers Toyota continues to make customer service number one. More

My sister and I - both senior citizens - were traveling thru Ohio Friday 1-13-2012-when my windshield wiper pump froze - the wind chill was 4 below - I had no visibility - it was snowing - we stopped at By thru Ohio Friday 1-13-2012-when my windshield wiper pump froze - the wind chill was 4 below - I had no visibility - it was snowing - we stopped at Byers and they were WONDERFUL - they took my car in immediately - invited us to have coffee and muffins and before we finished they came back and said the car was ready NO CHARGE - I tried to pay them and they refused - stating they were happy to help us. I have never met any nicer people in my life!!!!! More

I have a 2002 Camry with 260,000 plus miles. In early October I visited Byers to check on a noise I was hearing that sounded like metal on metal. Myself and two friends with over 60 years experience in October I visited Byers to check on a noise I was hearing that sounded like metal on metal. Myself and two friends with over 60 years experience in the auto service business felt the noise was in the front right wheel. I left the dealer with the message "Tire Noise". I was not happy because I thought I knew better plus I had my experts supporting me, imagine that. I wanted to buy the new tires because the junk Goodyears with 29,000 miles were showing wear but wanted to wait 30 days. Two weeks after being at the dealer I was away and damaged the sidewalks in the front two tires. I was forced to buy new tires but only for the front. My noise was. The noise was still present after getting the new tires. I did more self checking and thought the front caliper was stuck and causing the noise. Back to Byers. They said the caliper was working but needs replaced but it was still tire noise. The next day I replaced the final two junk Goodyear tires ( worst passenger tire I have ever had ). When I left with all four new tires NO NOISE. I WAS SHOCKED! So too were my "expert" friends who actually were in the car and heard the noise. My hat goes off to Jason the service tech who has some hearing challenges. Unreal Job! AllI can say is WOW. Ihave been working with Byers in Delaware for over 15 years to service my Toyota cars and they are outstanding. You get what you pay for. They are not inexpensive but you can rest assured like me that when you your children, family, friends etc...are going to be driving a vehicle that if serviced by Byers Delaware is going to be the safest it can be. We have dealt with Billie and Brian for the last 3 years. We had been involved in an accident with our RAV4 and it was very emotional. Billie and Brian were both very helpful and understanding. I was very pleased with my experience at Byers. I have purchased one new veicle before at Byers and tried in the past to deal, but was unsuccessful. This time I was successful. Phil Bicket treated me with respect and didn't play the old fashion salesman game of running back and forth. He took his time and wa very patient. He has been available to answer all my question before and after the sales regarding my new 2012 Highlander. I have also been a loyal service person with Byers for some years including when Eric was service manager. Josh and Jamison in service are the best. Keep up the great work. More

When I took our Toyota Prius in for an oil change recently, the manager suggested I ask Josh about getting an oil change for my Pontiac Vibe as well. Josh explained that they are happy to service th recently, the manager suggested I ask Josh about getting an oil change for my Pontiac Vibe as well. Josh explained that they are happy to service the car I bought from another dealer. I told Josh how glad I was to have that opportunity since I had become unhappy with the service I received at the other dealership. I happily brought the Vibe in a couple days later for an oil change. We have been so impressed with the service at the Byers dealership. Josh had gone the extra mile for us before when we had a recall on the Prius. As it turned out we had more work that needed to be done while the car was still under warranty. Leaving the Prius I was placed in a rental as the work was being done. Josh called me daily with updates and made sure I was satisfied with the rental car. He made it clear that he was there to assist me in any way during the repair process; if I had questions or concerns, just call. When I picked up the Prius it drove like it was new again! I have switched my loyalty to Byers Toyota and will be checking them out when I purchase my next vehicle. More
