What a great guy and he went above and beyond to give us the best customer service and to make a deal with us without being overbearing pushy or obnoxious! he's definitely the GUY TO SEE when you go there! He even called me on Mother's Day to wish me a great day which is rare these days in customer service! I recommend Koons to anyone who asks me about my new car! True Customer Satisfaction! I went in to look at a used Highlander, I purchased one...drove it around for 6 days and wasn't totally happy. Thought maybe I could have gotten a car with less miles but still at a great price. Contacted Josh, he said to come on by, take a look, no questions asked. Went by and received a full credit and left with a car I'm very happy with. Josh brought up several things that made me think and ultimately make my decision. Riad was very helpful. Tonci was like a kindred spirit, we hit it right off, and he made the paperwork process much more bearable. What other car company offers this kind of protection, guarantee, and personal service? Josh Lundy is superb We were getting quotes from 4 dealerships to buy a new Prius. Josh Lundy was our third visit. He went out of his way to meet our requirements and nego We were getting quotes from 4 dealerships to buy a new Prius. Josh Lundy was our third visit. He went out of his way to meet our requirements and negotiated in good faith. As a result we bought the Prius and a Prius V together. Then I wasn't completely happy with the Prius as it was equipped and after 3 days I brought it back and Josh very good naturedly swapped it for a better equipped Prius with the cost of the difference between the two MSRP's which was an extremely reasonable solution. Josh was completely relaxed and patient as we made our selections. He applied no pressure to buy and let us reach our own conclusions. Josh did an excellent job and I would strongly recommend him to any of our friends and family. Josh is a true professional. Sam Robles handled the finance and paper work process. He too was exemplary. He made the process painless and was very patient. He is extremely competent, knows exactly what he is doing. Koons is very lucky to have Sam. More
